The price includes costs for water and a lump sum for electricity and heating.
In case of high consumption, more than 245 kWh per week extra-charges are possible, 0,30 € per kWh and are to be paid at departure.
For people older than 18, a local tax has to be paid, 2023 1,20 Euro, 2024 1,90 Euro per person and day. 65,00 Euro costs for final cleaning have to be paid at the arrivel. Deposit 250 Euro.
Blankets are provided; bed linen and towels have to be brought with you. Bed linen may be provided upon request and charge, 9,00 Euro person/bed.
