Located south of Brétignolles sur Mer, Rue du Passage and neighbouring the village of Brèm sur Mer, the 65m² all on one floor house has been totally renovated in 2014 and in 2020, comfortably furnished for up to four people, with a 20m² terrace furnished with garden furniture, south facing, and is situated in a one-way-street, with a shaded parking space directly in front of the house or in the courtyard entrance. In the basement, it is possible to store and clean any kind of watersport equipment. The walled and private garden (abt. 180 m²) is equipped with sun chairs, sunbeds, parasol and charcoal grill.

The open plan tiled living area (approx. 36 m²) contains the kitchen, entrance, wardrobe, dining and living room.

2 bedrooms (each approx. 11 m²) with vinyl flooring, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Special features:

The beach “Les Dunes 1” is conveniently reached on foot, approx. 600 m away, with separate sections for swimming and surfing, and another section called beach Les Dunes 2 for kite-surfing.
Our bikes can be used at your own risk, if damages are repaired; they are not part of the contract.
If you need your laundry to dry quickly, a drier is located in the basement.

Please note: you may use our bikes at your own risks, under the condition that you take care of necessary repairs at your own expense if necessary (some spare parts in wardrobe of the storage room), but they are not part of the renting agreement.

The house is ideal for a family, beach or active holidays, but also for a discovering or relaxing holiday, with long walk on the beach, mainly in the low season. Seniors or disabled will enjoy the site. Since 2020 you cann use a free of charge wlan-access.
With some luck you may discover our small lizard family in the garden.
