Die Mietpreise sind abh\u00e4ngig von der Saison und der Personenanzahl. Sie betragen bei einer Belegung mit bis zu 4 Personen zwischen 434 und 882 Euro pro Woche.<\/p>\n

Sie beinhalten die Kosten f\u00fcr Wasser, eine Strompauschale inklusive Heizung. Bei hohem Verbrauch fallen f\u00fcr Strom\/Heizung zus\u00e4tzliche Verbrauchskosten an, wenn mehr als 245 kWh pro Woche \/35 kWh pro Tag verbraucht werden, 0,30 \u20ac pro weitere kWh. Diese werden dann vor Ort abgerechnet. Nutzen Sie bitte m\u00f6glichst den Sonnenstrom aus unserer Solar-Kleinanlage.<\/p>\n

Kurtaxe ist f\u00fcr Personen ab 18 Jahren zu entrichten, 1,90 Euro pro Person und Tag. 68,00 Euro (2026) Zusatzkosten fallen f\u00fcr die Schl\u00fcssel\u00fcbergabe und Endreinigung am Ferienort an. Die Kaution betr\u00e4gt 250 Euro.<\/p>\n

Bett-, Tischw\u00e4sche und Handt\u00fccher sind selbst mitzubringen. Auf Anfrage kann Bettw\u00e4sche auch gestellt werden. Zusatzkosten daf\u00fcr in H\u00f6he von 9,00 Euro pro Bett\/Person sind vor Ort zu zahlen. Kein Platz im Gep\u00e4ck f\u00fcr eigene Handt\u00fccher? F\u00fcr ein Handtuch-Set (1 Dusch- und 1 Handtuch) werden 8,00 Euro berechnet.<\/p>\n

Das Haus steht Ihnen am Anreisetag ab 15 Uhr und am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr zur Verf\u00fcgung.
